Attaching Event Dates to listings?

I hope to adopt this software to accomplish something for a Luxury Real Estate Auction company.

Because they're an auction company, I need to tie dates with listings, and query said listings for sections like: Upcoming Auctions in the Next 30 Days.

Is this possible?

yes - you could add the field {Date} and make it a searchable field - you can add ANY field you want and then make it searchable.
