Property List and Property Search Pages

What are the commands to set up a property list page and a property search page. Sorry for such a Noob question.

Also even though i have registered, why is most of the Forum still listed as Private?

You have to be a VIP member to see most sections of the forum now.
I have bought the package yesterday and upgrade was supposed to be automatic but I still can´t access those sections.
I have sent a couple of emails and filled in their contact form so hopefully will be sorted soon.

Do you know when someone will be free to do a configuration?
I have managed to install and get it working but need it configured and also to look at the premium themes available.
