I have a Wordpress blog I have been using to write about gated communities. The website address is http://www.gatedcommunitiesusa.com

What I am looking to do is to implement a way for brokers/developers to signup and enter their community info themselves, upload their photos, and be able to add homes or land for sale in their communities. I would like to keep the setup the way it is now, where the communities are entered as Blog Posts within the current Categories and a list of home/land for sale listings would appear on the Community Blog Post for that community. The home/land for sale listings can then be selected and open as it's own page. Is this something that could be configured with WPRealty?

Still awaiting a response on above questions...

In addition, I also have a couple more questions.
1) Is there a payment option (such as Paypal) for those who sign up to post listings?
2) I want to feature properties from different agents around the US. Can each agent upload there listings using the MLS feed option or would they have to do it manually?

Hello, here is what I do for a similar type situation.

What I do is install a product called aMember and in my situation I had a local rag sheet that distributes their magazine in gas stations, grocery stores, and other kiosk points. In their magazine they sell advertising, in fact its all they sell, there is no editorial at all. Kinda like a nickel shopper or little nickel of sorts.

What this client wanted to do was setup a web based version of ALL ADS whereby a person would buy ad space for the magazine and have it show up on the site (a blog in this case).

So, with aMember we could sell listing space and set it to expire after 30, 60, 90 days for example. We could also set various permissions for number of photos, categories allowed to advertise in and even a max number of allowed listings they could publish.

As for adding categories, i'm not sure this would be a wise choice since the way WPRealty works pins heavily on class assignment and giving someone the option of setting this up could be a hazard.

I have looked at aMember but I don't know if it is what I am looking for. I want agents to sign up and be able to enter community pages and add for sale listings for that community that can be seen from the community page. I am not looking for users to pay to read the content.
