I believe that after looking at the error that it is most likely a permissions error...but I would need to login in via ftp to look over everything and this is maybe something that some one else has seen before on their server and maybe they can post a answer here for you.

you could open up a ticket and include your ftp and wp login information and we will try to look at this for you...but this is the main reason why we recommend that people purchase the VIP membership so that we will set up the initial install for them (if needed) and in doing so we troubleshoot the issues during the install and configuration process.
