If you read the sticky posts above where we tell you the kinds of limitations you can experience in using this plugin then this thread will briefly list the reason why you should consider WPRealty as your solution.

Now, to restate the purpose of the plugin;
WPRealty was developed for a very specific purpose and target audience in mind. Provide WordPress site owners and developers a way to either manually enter listings data into their blog or to dynamically integrate MLS, IDX, RETS type data feeds. IDX / RETS integration is not a turnkey feature, it does require you to use third party scripts we list in the support area. They all work just fine as we have tested them time and time again and we have WPRealty running on sites in over 60 MLS markets at the time of this post.

Web designers and developers
Being a freelance designer myself, I would use WPRealty in situations where the client wants a lot of customization in how the data is presented on his/her site.

With WPRealty you have control of 100% of the design features you would expect in terms of the layout and structure of the listings data and how it is displayed.

Although there are at least 6 or 7 other Real Estate WordPress plugins out there in the market, only WPRealty allows for file by file customization of the templates that render the listings data within your clients site.

Realtors not wanting to subscribe to service providers.
The number one reason we started on this endeavor of building a WordPress Real Estate plugin was to provide people a way to have MLS listings in their site without the requirement of subscribing to a service provider in order to do so.

If you are a REALTOR or BROKER REALTOR and you have permission to access and display listings on your website, WPRealty may be for you in the following circumstances;
1) You dont want to subscribe to a hosted solution or solution provider.
2) You wish to maintain the data on your own domain.
3) You wish to have full control over the look and feel of the data being displayed.
4) You want an affordable CUSTOM solution.
5) ** You put forth an average estimated project cost of $600 to get started.
** This is based on MLS type project scripting in addition to the plugin and design considerations.

Post Unfinished, I'll deal with it after tickets

Is this plugin pretty much plug and play or does it require some coding? I noticed at the end of your post you mentioned $600 for scripting. I've built personal WP sites before and used plugins with no problem. Is this plugin more difficult to install and modify? I'd be using it to list MLS listings.
