What kind of support will be offered as is was a tad technical for me last time I used the EZ Pro plugin, at least the installation part was difficult anyways.

Any chance of a promotion for the 1st X amount of buyers? ;)

Yes - we have gutted OR and core hacked the hell out of it and we haven't even scratched the surface yet as to what will be coming out.

Plans are to patch once a week for the next few weeks in order to finish any remaining bug fixes and getting in some important new core items like listing syndication (trulia, google, new custom listing and quick/advance search templates etc.) + we are rewriting nearly 100% of the OR code - goal is a complete 100% rewrite.

Like with any great product comes some sort of cost and the initial license fee is how we will continue to be able to afford to have employees and programmers available 24/7.

Just remember "Free forums" = "Free support"

And to answer the last question - Yes there will be a "October-Promo"
