Purchase Options and RETS Compatibility

Will it be possible to purchase WP Realty along with a premium theme without having a hosting account with you? I have my own hosting setup.

Also, I am very interested in the RETS integration with NTREIS. Can you confirm that NTREIS's feed will be compatible? Will I need to establish myself as one of their data feed "vendors" prior to integrating it with them?

Let me try to answer all of your questions here for you.

Our Policy is that if we are selling a premium theme then we have to first make you a client then we have to install it...that keeps us compliant.

According to the Premium Themes “developers licenses” we can provide you a “themed website” on your server or ours as long as you are technically "our client" - So in other words, You must be a client that contracts us to build/customize/setup and install a themed website along with our plugin(s) then technically you are our client. That keeps us compliant with all of the developers licenses out there and it’s the same policy with even our own developers license.


Next: NTREIS
We can and do provide RETS/IDX/MLS solutions for all markets that will allow us a data feed...here is the only catch....we charge a monthly fee regardless of whose server the data is displayed on and its - (40-per month for framed) - (60-per month for embedded) and the reason is simple, we have to maintain all changes and updates per market. If you decide to go this route the typical wait time is about 2 to 3 weeks from the time we get the login for the data feed to having a completed solution....unless we are already in the market then the turnaround time is only 2 to 6 days max for embedded and 24 to 48 hrs for framed.

If you have a dedicated linux server running cpanel then we can offer the embedded solution onto your server - you must first have root access with password (no other exceptions so don't bother asking)- otherwise for the same 60 per month you can set your website on one of our servers (same price either way).....looking to get your own server I recommend hostgator, and for the more advanced IT do-it-yourself folks I recommend CoreNetworks.com - best prices anywhere - tell them Chad sent you =).

Thanks for the detailed response. I suppose it makes sense to host it with you vs doing a dedicated server. I would like to get some details ironed out and get some specific pricing from you on my project which would definitely include RETS feeds from NTREIS.

I saw your "refugee offer" and would like to start with that and build in some extra customization and functionality but probably wouldn't need to go as far as what is described in your next package. Is there some middle ground?
