I am working with a client (Independent Real Estate Company) and we are looking for a solution for their site. I am already a fan of WordPress, but their agents have no experience with web site development. I am looking for a easy solution to implement and maintain. I tried downloading the plugin by following the video, but the link is gone. There is no option to download the 10 free trial. I searched around your website and also could not find the Demo that is mentioned in your announcements. The "demo" links under Home / Downloads / WP Realty Plugin, do not work as well. I am not sure if you have a pre-sales phone number where I could contact someone to get further information.

Thank you.

Is anyone answering questions in this forum? Not sure if this is for support or pre-sales questions?

I believe the trial was temporarily discontinued.

I can tell you that I have received great support from this forum and even via email now that I've purchased a developer's license. Your best bet might just be to post your specific questions here.

I'm just learning the plugin now so I'll even try to answer something if I can.

Yeah the demo I think needs a license update. I'll let Chad know today. You guys do have the correct URL right?

Can the demo be brought back? I'm looking into this product as a solution.

Perhaps a longer training video and a peek at some custom queries would be enough to answer my questions without a hands-on trial.

Basically, what I'm looking to do is manage listings by MLS # and make them searchable by attributes: minimum price, maximum price, city, number of bathrooms, number of bedrooms, finished basement, etc.

this is a "free-for-all" test site

http://cupidsgate.com (http://cupidsgate.com/)
http://cupidsgate.com/wp-admin - admin - password

Log in and have fun - keep in mind there may be someone else in there doing the same thing because I've given this out to a few dozen people already =)

Play with the site-config and change templates - url seo stuff etc...play upload and modify anything u want.

That looks amazing!

Quick question before I purchase the developer license:

Do I have to program search functionality from scratch? Or can I do something like copy search functionality from your included themes?

Thanks,
Sean

Well I just posted this in another thread and it answers your question as well:

To make a custom quick search or a your own adv-search simply take a look at the html (right-click view source) for any of my quick searches and use it....

http://mattharperrealestate.com/
http://www.azrealtyresults.com/

of course you will have to modify the fields to match yours - once that is done simply paste into a text widget.

all you need to make a quick search is basic code examples just like the ones I've given you above ...its the exact same methods that I use when I build out custom adv-searches like this one http://www.kareteam.com/realestate/ with a slide down (click yellow star at the bottom).
